On-time Service

Quality and great service are some of the key values in Mita-Teknik. Fast and competent service is crucial for optimal operation and reliability, in order for our customers to get the maximum output of their investment.

Mita-Teknik offers a wide range of services, designed to meet all of your needs within After Sales Service. Our in-house Service department is part of our Customer Partnering concept.

Today, the maximum time spent on service and repair is down to 10 days. Moreover, the average time spent is only 5 days after the customer has responded to our service offer. The service offers are generated on the basis of customers’ requests and the customers have 14 days to send their acceptance to us.

Customer Partnering
All of our After Sales Services are carried out in our in-house service facilities available in both Denmark and in our Ningbo department in China.

The teamwork between our dedicated employees, all working to boost customer value, provides our customers with On-time Service. With our experienced technicians, you are guaranteed professional and competent assistance. On top of this we use an advanced, automatic Testing System for trouble-shooting. With these automatic testing systems, we immediately locate the issue, so that our employees can solve it quickly and easily. The efficiency of our Service department is founded in the engagement of our employees; high flexibility, job rotation and comprehensive experience enable our Service Team to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
